These Committees are key bodies concerned with policy, regulations, activities and resources and are comprised solely of GSMP members to carry out detailed work outside the full meetings of Leadership Team.

Publicity Committee
The purpose of the Publicity Committee is to undertake public awareness activities to sensitize the public about medical physics, and to encourage interest in the Society’s activities. The Committee is responsible for advertising upcoming events to appropriate media, organizations and individuals.

Education and Training Committee
The Education and Training Committee is responsible for developing continuing professional development (CPD) programmes for GSMP members. It also has the purpose of developing structured education and training programmes for medical physics interns. The Committee is also responsible for researching on possible gaps in medical physics education and training programme in Ghana and make recommendations for improvement.

Finance Committee
The purpose of the Finance Committee is to undertake prudent management of GSMP’s finances. The Committee is also responsible for soliciting for sponsorships for GSMP organized activities.
